Wafels op het kampvuur bakken is super leuk en gezellig, ook met kinderen.
Onderstaand recept is eenvoudig, snel klaar en dus gemakkelijk als dessert klaar te maken na een BBQ.
Het deeg moet niet rijzen of rusten en kan dus onmiddellijk op het ijzer.
Een van de bloemen zijn die we zien verschijnen zijn de paardenbloemen. We zie ze verschijnen in het gras van de parken, ons gazon of de weiden. Hun opvallend gele bloemen veranderen na een tijdje in de typische witte bollen waarvan de kinderen de zaadjes zo graag wegblazen.
Wist je trouwens dat de paardenbloem eetbaar is? De bladeren zijn wat bitter voor kinderen, maar de bloemen kunnen wel gebruikt worden voor onder andere paardenbloemengelei of -thee.
De thee is leuk om met kinderen te maken omdat ze veel kunnen helpen en jullie samen kunnen genieten van een heerlijk tasje thee.
Naast paardenbloemen heb je ook nog limoen en honing of suiker nodig.
Zoek samen met je kind een plek waar er paardenbloemen groeien en leer de plant goed herkennen.
Let op de gele bloemen en de groene bladeren die tegen de grond liggen die andere planten als het ware op een afstand houden.
Plukken maar! Geniet van het buiten zijn en het plukken van de b voor een tasje thee heb je ongeveer een handvol paardenbloemen nodig.
